Edit an Agent

Go to your Agent Overview in the Greetmate Dashboard.
Click Edit next to the agent you want to modify.

Your agent’s extension number appears in the dashboard. This number is unique to your bot and can be used to reach it directly. When calling the main Greetmate number, enter this extension to connect with your specific agent.
