Configure your new voice agent in under 5 minutes.


Agents


Each agent in Greetmate is an independent AI assistant designed to handle a specific type of call.  

You can create multiple agents for different purposes — for example:

  • Sales inquiries  
  • Customer support  
  • Billing or payment questions


Create specialized agents for different departments to improve response accuracy and caller experience.




Edit an Agent


  1. Go to your Agent Overview in the Greetmate Dashboard.  
  2. Click Edit next to the agent you want to modify.



Your agent’s extension number appears in the dashboard.  

This number is unique to your bot and can be used to reach it directly.  

When calling the main Greetmate number, enter this extension to connect with your specific agent.


Extension numbers help route incoming calls to the correct AI agent instantly.
